第30話からは、医学用語が一気にたくさん出てきて、英語字幕を読むのがとても大変です。
このシーンは、チャングムがチャンドクに言われて、患者を診て、病名を言っているシーンです。このあたりは、私は、初めて英語字幕で見たときは、英語をしっかりと追っていかずに、チャングムが病気の説明をしているのだな、という感じだけで見ていました。

unable to flow smoothly so it causes disease.
If it is bright yellow,it is the so called sun yellow.
If it is the dark soil yellow,
then it would be the so called dark yellow.

Jaundice is caused by viruses affecting
both liver gall so bite can't flow OK.
Clear yellow is positive and
dark yellow is negative for jaundice.
